The main product of Baoshan Oriental Tobacco Company is air-cured oriental tobacco. Through years of striving, a series of manufacture system from agricultural planting to purchase, classification and process has been formed. With high quality and reaching the international standard, the aroma type oriental tobacco is favoured by the customers all over the world. The products are exported to USA, South-east Asia, Australia and other countries, and are distributed to many domestic tobacco factories. For its high quality and excellent service, it has won high reputation and ranked third in the world, only inferior to Greece and Turkey.

      Light drying technology is based on traditional technology. Cured machine is adopted to go through light repeated cure after air-drying of tobacco leaves(The treated temperature for oriental tobacco should not exceed 48℃). C48 Paper pack is employed for this kind of products, with specification of 1115mm*690mm*725mm and net weight of 140kg/box. The technology greatly deduced the rate of broken leaves and assured the coherence of the tobacco pack. The exterior and weight of this tobacco is accordant with the standard of flue-cured tobacco, and the moisture of the tobacco leaves are deduced to 13.5%±0.5% while packing, which accelerated the course of humidity and save the storage time. All of these can keep the aroma capacity and quality of tobacco leaves.

      At present, the international customers like the products which adopts light drying technology. 70% of our products are produced by light drying technology, and other products are manufactured by traditional oriental tobacco process technology.
